An artist’s work, or a company’s intellectual property, is being used without authorization and the artist or entity is seeking help removing the use and negotiating a settlement.
An art collector is seeking to either borrow or commission a copy of a work of art to display in a commercial setting, or an artist has been approached by a collector for this purpose.
An author’s novel or poetry is being made into a film or television program and either of the parties seeks assistance negotiating terms and entering into a contract.
A small business plans to license copyright and/or trademark protected material from a third party for a product, and seeks a contract (or an intellectual property owner was approached by a business for this purpose).
An artist or celebrity has been approached by a fashion company to participate in an advertising campaign or capsule collection.
A photographer (or artist) has found his/her work used in a television program, film or advertisement that was not permitted.
A filmmaker or producer plans to release a film or television production and is not sure whether certain materials should have been licensed for use in the project (and needs help with pre-publication review and clearances).
